Session description: The COVID-19 pandemic has forced nearly every organization to think creatively about what the “next” normal means for their programs and impact. As development professionals, we are tasked with communicating our critical needs during a time when programs, funding sources, and impact may look very different. Join us for a panel discussion, moderated by Maggie Morales, Executive Director of the Lake County Community Foundation, as we share strategies for resilience that you can use in your ongoing development work.
Moderator bio: Maggie Morales is the Executive Director of The Lake County Community Foundation. Maggie brings over 20 years of nonprofit and philanthropic experience to her role, utilizing her expertise to drive countywide leadership initiatives in alignment with the Foundation’s community investment strategy. She has built strong relationships with stakeholders throughout Lake County and is knowledgeable about the issues many residents and families face.
